Small Explosive Ordnance Disposal Robot
RCBOT-ED-03 is a small crawler explosive ordnance disposal(EOD) robot equipped with multiple task modules to carry out explosive disposal operation. The robot consists of mobile chassis, robot arm, end effector, video module, communication system and manual control terminal. The product adopts modular design and can be tool-freely assembled to perform different missions quickly. Its main characteristics are miniaturization and toolization, which can be carried into a backpack after disassembled to various modules. It has high mobility, and can quickly enter narrow space to complete the explosive disposal task. By using the robot, the risk of explosive disposal operation can be greatly reduced, and the efficiency can be improved effectively.

It is applicable to special polic, armed polic, explosion-proof troops and other units with explosive search and disposal and hazardous chemical detection tasks.	It is suitable for the disposal of suspicious dangerous substances in hazardous places such as nuclear radiation and harmful chemicals.	The working environment includes but is not limited to indoor and outdoor, bus aisle, train aisle, aircraft cabin aisle, stairs and slopes.

 

Product Functions

1. The robot is equipped with 6 crawler moving devices, including 2 main crawlers and 2 pairs of front and rear swing crawlers, which can achieve high obstacle crossing ability.
2. The robot has a safe braking device and can park safely on steep slopes.
3. The robot has its own attitude sensing device, which can automatically adjust the center of gravity according to the ground conditions to ensure that the robot always keeps balance in complex road conditions.
4. External standard interfaces are reserved for the mobile platform, which can be quickly replaced with different task modules. EOD modules, nuclear biochemical detecting modules and reconnaissance modules can be attached to the robot according to needs respectively.
5. The robot is equipped with 5 cameras with white/infrared lighting function, including a forward camera, a rear camera, a robot arm camera, an end-effector camera and a gimbal camera, and equipped with a duplex audio system. The video and audio can be recorded and stored in real time.
6. The robot is equipped with two communication modes: radio communication and optical cable communication.
7. The wired communication optical fiber is equipped with a speed adaptive rolling wheel, which can realize the automatic receipt and release of optical cable.
8. The optical fiber can be plug and play, and the communication mode can be switched automatically.
9. The manipulator is composed of modular large arm, middle arm, forearm and end effector, which can be quickly assembled and combined according to the field operation scope and object. The manipulator can work with a single arm, or quickly connect to two or three arms. Replacing any module can complete and continue to work within 1 minute.
10. The end actuator has three modules, including two-finger clamp, three grasps and an electric scissor, which can be quickly replaced according to the operation needs.

11. Common manipulator and robot movement habits can be stored and called by the operator when needed to complete automated operations.12. In terms of safety protection, the manipulator and chassis of the robot have collision avoidance ability, and the robot body reaches IP66 protection level.
